Product return
We try to satisfy each customer’s wishes and will always do everything in order to reduce product return cases to the minimum. But if you are not satisfied with the purchase, you have an opportunity to change or return it within 14 days after receiving the product. 

To be eligible for a return, an item must be in the same condition that you received it - clean, unused, not damaged, with all the details, tags and in its original packaging (if it was send in the gift box). 

Product return process

1. Please request return form via hello@ulecekids.com.

2. We will send you the online return form which you have to fill in.

Customer pays for return shipping. Exception: if the reason for the return is a mistake by ULECE Ltd., www.ulecekids.com (error on the model, defect or similar). We will refund you the whole price of the order plus the shipment expenses.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will proceed with the refund within no more than 10 days. Please, bear in mind it may take up to 72 hours to be reflected on your account, depending on your bank.                                  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can solve the problem and make it right. We believe in high-quality products and our manufacturer's warranty covers defects caused in the production process.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations
We process orders within 24-48 hours, if you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via hello@ulecekids.com. Once the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. You need to ask for a refund once you receive the order so we will be able to give your money back (excluding shipping costs if applicable).

 

May I change the delivery address?
We process orders within 24-48 hours, if you notice any mistake on your order confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible via  hello@ulecekids.com.
